Category:List Migration

This category collects planning materials, communications, and reference documents for moving community email lists to UVLists. These pages record the migration process and provide reusable messages for list administrators and subscribers.

Vital Communities List Migration describes the overall transition and its supporting materials.

• Move announcement — advance notice for subscribers.
• List administrator review — request for administrators to review a list’s public information.
• Closure announcement — notice sent when the previous list closes.
• UVLists welcome message — welcome text for subscribers after migration.
• Old-list autoresponse — automatic reply directing senders after a list has moved.

These templates may contain dates, names, addresses, or other details specific to a particular migration. Review and update them before using them for another list.

For questions about a migration or help using these materials, see Contact UVLists.
