=== Statement of Purpose ===
This email list was created to link up residents of West Norwich and the Beaver Meadow Road area with projects, concerns, and conversations specific to the village. Subscriptions are limited to residents of that area in order to protect this as a space for generative conversation. Matters of relevance or interest to a larger audience, all commercial posts, and all town government matters should be posted to the Upper Valley list or other town lists instead, as appropriate.
